No Access back in after 6pm, fully secured and locked down
Products sold in Champions Square can be taken into the Superdome
Overnight Security In Attendance
Load In Setup Days & Times Week of Event
Thursday – 8am – 5pm (can drive in square directly to booth location)
Friday – 7am – 10am (vehicles inside square limited)
Load Out
Sunday – 6pm – 11:59pm (must cart/carry items out, no vehicles allowed in)
Monday – 8am – 3pm
Loading Directions & Parking
Vendor Check-In location is the South Entrance to Champions Square that is directly across the street from the entrance to Champions Garage. The intersection of Girod Street and LaSalle Street.
Vendor Parking Lot (regular sized vehicles only) – Champions Garage
Vendor Trailer/Oversized Vehicle Lot – Lot C – 710 W Stadium Dr.
Parking Passes will be available at check in.
Hotel Information
Vendor Wristbands Info
Vendor Wristbands are to be picked up when you check in for booth setup. The wristbands are for in and out access for Champions Square.
Electricity & Wifi
If needed, can be provided. When you book a booth, it will ask if you need power. Wifi can be connected to on site.
Sales Tax Information
Orleans Parish Sales Tax does not apply since the event is taking place in the State property area of Champions Square.
